Intech Limited aims to produce organic food with the highest integration of technology. In Bangladesh, there has been a growing concern about the conventional agricultural paradigm that relies on synthetic inputs to maximize yields; poses threats to the environment; and disconnects farmers, the land, and their communities. Intech Limited also have of Bangladesh based fish hatchery at Bhaluka, Mymensingh. It is one of the few fish hatcheries of Bangladesh that comply with the recent hatchery regulations of the government. Intech ensure all male (monosex) population of tilapia by MT treatment inside the hatchery cistern for first one week and in pond for following two weeks. Intech has introduced a high yielding KOI (climbing perch) fish in Bangladesh which grows as big as 300g within 4 months in aquaculture pond.
